Dr. Robert Geronemus, a noted nephrologist in our community & around the world, was killed in a car on pedestrian hit and run after speaking at a medical conference dinner in Miami days before his 61st birthday. His daughter Heather chairs Walk Like MADD & MADD Dash Fort Lauderdale in his memory & works passionately towards the day where we can say we have eliminated drunk driving.
