Welcome to MADD’s online Tree of Life Tribute where you can create pages to honor loved ones, display photos and share memories and stories.

When creating your online Tree of Life Tribute page, you will also create your own Tribute Fund which provides a vehicle for you, your family and friends to donate and raise money for MADD’s mission to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking. 

Create a Tree of Life Tribute

Clicking the Create a Tribute link displays the step-by-step instructions you can follow to build your Tree of Life Tribute page. As a Tribute champion you will be able to:

• Tell your story about the Tribute honoree and why you are championing MADD's cause.
• Upload a digital photo of the person or family to be featured on the Web page and create online photos albums with captions.
• Invite family and friends to visit your Tribute and sign the guest book.
• Ask invited visitors to make a donation to support MADD.
• Make a personal donation as the initial gift to the Tribute fund.

If you raise or donate $2,500 through your online Tree of Life Tribute, you'll have the option of adding a leaf plaque to the Tree of Life located in the MADD National Headquarters -- engraved with a message of your choosing. You will also receive a beautifully displayed replica of your personalized leaf to enjoy at home.

Note: If you have previously registered with our site or as a member of a Walk Like MADD team, you should log-in to use existing information from your profile. If you have not registered, you will be asked to enter your street and e-mail address and to create a User Name/Password login during the fund creation process.
